My computer shuts down itself while playing games?

Details:

I think it is heat related but not sure if it is or what to do. My computer specs are:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+, 2599 Mhz
2,00GB RAM
32-bit
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4800, 1GB
and I have a 120mm fan in my power supply of 480W.
When I play and kind of game, my computer's temperature goes up only in 10 minutes like this:
CPU: 40C > 46C
GPU: 41C > 52C
AUX: 56C > 74C
HDO: 45C > 47C
Core: 33C > 68C
I think my problem is related to overheat, but can there be any other explanation for this?

I tried resetting my computer completely back to its factory defaults in order to get rid of viruses. I tried to cool my system unit down by taking off the covers, speeding up my fan, cleaning the dust every 2 hours, doing nothing, but none of these worked.

I think it's a heat issue. Are the cooling fans working properly? If you have a ATI Radeon HD 4850 X2 graphics card, it's consuming 247.25 watts. AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ is consuming 85 watts. What is your RAM type,DDR/DDR2/DDR3? I think you have a DDR2 RAM and it requires 1.8 volt for 2gb. You have not mentioned your drives (Hard drive,Optical drive,CD drive). Anyway, I think 480W is optimum for your system. That means, you have to check your fans first and you can consider increasing fans in your CPU. Before this, you can try the following simple steps:
Run your pc in safe mode and uninstall all installed games and defrag your hard drive. After that defrag your registry and fix errors.
