My screen is black upon startup. I can still log in, but the only thing that does is change the screen to gray. The only thing that moves (or does anything) on the screen is the mouse. I can't access my files or anything. I am using my spare computer, but lost all my data. I seriously need my computer for work purposes. Thank you in advance for your answers.
