One day I tried to download a free version of the program known as Paint Tool Sai, however some unwanted software came with it like 2 viruses (that I know of) and some sort of ad playing program. I've gotten ride of the 2 viruses but the ads keep coming, and are more common when I try to watch a video of any kind. If anyone has any information on this it would be much appreciated, thanks.

You really need to learn how to use a computer, at least the words so you can talk about your problems. Nobody can give any advice without knowing what operating system, browser, and other program information.
Assuming you are using Windows, go to www.avg.com and download the free anti-virus software. After running the scans, which might take a while, go to www.piriform.com/ and download the free version of Ccleaner. Run that, then click "Registry" and run that. Next go to www.tucows.com and search for "maintenance". Maybe you will find something you want, and maybe you won't. Just remember that it is there. When you install anything from Tucows, watch the screens so you can decline the tool bars and adware.
Every program you use has a tools menu. If you use tools a lot it will be a toolbar across the top of the screen. If you rarely use tools it might be hidden. (Click at the top of the screen and it will appear.) In Windows you can click "Start" and select "Control Panel" and that gives you a menu of menus to control everything the computer does. You can right click anything and most of the time get a menu for that specific item. For example if you right click the desktop you have the option to rotate the monitor image in some graphic cards. That allows you to have an image that is high instead of wide, by turning your monitor. You don't need to memorize all these things, just be aware that they are in there. Then you can claim to know how to operate a computer at the beginner level.
Whatever browser you are using, find the tools menu and look for "Addons". Most browsers now let you load an ad blocker and other nice features.
