My computer has a HD15 VGA socket & my plasma Tv has a HDMI socket how do I connect?

I have tried online cable sites but cant get the two sockets on the same cable "HELP"

You may have to get a couple of adapters, a VGA -> DVI and then DVI -> HDMI
