My computer crashed and I recovered it back but now I can not view pics from disks on my computer?

...  anymore does anyone know what I need to go to to be able to view pictures? I just got a disc of pics from Wal-Mart and I can't view them

Can you open pictures from a USB drive?
If you can there is eighter something wrong with the CD or your DVD-Drive.
