My company started removing employee who are under perform for last year without giving any prior notice,I am also feeling they will do same thing with me but according to company policy if employee voluntery reassign then employee need to give 6 days notice period but if company terminate employee then they dont have to give any salary for next two month or any notice.so i am thinking to reassign before they ask me to leave so that i can get 60 days time new job search.but feeling that if they refuse to accept my ressignation and told me to leave on the same day.Please provide me any sugestion.
