It was recognized as non inspired by God as not belonging in the cannon by highest church leaders in council determining which was authenic. careful reading of those books one can spot errors showing not inspired but by a jew trying to make hebrews hold faith in a time when God was not speaking to man.a good example is the book of Jasher twice God referred to in Joshua & 2nd Samuel but a novice can read and tell many places it was altered, however inaccurate in many but remains as an ancient history book but Moses most scholars feel wrote of what God wanted us to have in his writings.from memory one of those councels was at Trent by my memory.check it out.Contact Dr Ed Hindson at Liberty University in Lynchburg,Va 24501 & he is best authority for that.
