My brother keeps throwing up after he eats, but the really scary part is he gets a nose bleed right after, he's been coughing for a few days because his throat really hurts. Im really concerned about it. He coughs the whole day then throws up after eating a few minutes later. He said he really thinks there is a problem.

The throwing up is most likely due to a specific sickness in which case he needs to go to the doctor to find out. Generally a nose bleed occurs when there is stress on the glands within and around the nose. After throwing up most likely violently, the mucus is being "ripped" from his nose and causing strain, and of course in turn causing the nose bleed.
