My brother is on felony probation & he has left the state of Georgia Im curious as to what may?

Felony escape charges things just got worse for him. If he come back check in or turn himself in it be better. But if caught and arrested they place felony escape charges on him. He doesn't want be caught outside his probation area and not be checking in with probation. It worse. Best thing be if just gets a probation violation charge of he goes into probation office talk to his probation officer. If he waits to long or caught out side the state it's for sure prison time. Just because he out of state doesn't mean he save from prison or jail or from being arrested . Felony charges are USA all USA area. Felony is federal law made by the federal government. .
