My brother is not on the lease but he refuses to leave how do I get him to leave?

I have had this problem before you have to nicely but firmly ask him to leave.
if it gets bad and you cant get him to leave you can Lock him out when he leaves the house. If he has a key change the locks. you can ask your landlord to talk to him. If non of those work you could threaten to call the cops because you are the one on the lease so they would kick him out he should leave if you say I am calling the cops. even take your phone and fake dial the cops and say that you need them here. If all else fails call the cops and ask for them to escort him out but not arrest or fine him. Sorry for my bad grammar. Hope I helped
