I must say it's been the rockiest relationship I ever had. I love him but I just don't know what to do anymore I feel like I put all the effort in but he does not. He acts like I'm crazy and delusional I've caught him talking to other people and he put Finger block on his phone. I just want a healthy relationship again I don't see it happening but we're working on it.
My boyfriend of 5 years has told me he has no time to talk to me during the day at work! Help please

I work two jobs and he works one job but we still clash at the end of the night. He never calls me at lunch or during the day I always call him even after work no matter what he doesn't put in effort. But he still wants to be with me I don't understand.

People have jobs where they are busy ALL DAY LONG. They get paid to produce a work product not take personal calls. If they are lucky they work somewhere that gives them a 10 or 15 minute coffee break once in the morning and once in the afternoon. If not the only break they get is 30 minutes for lunch or 60 minutes for lunch. People are usually not allowed to receive personal calls during the day.
Knowing that, you expect your boyfriend to be available to chit chat with you during the day when you are bored or lonely???
I suggest you take classes, get a job, do volunteer work, go to the gym, go to the movies or read some books or make some friends.
Work means earning a living not conducting your personal life during work hours.
