I live in an apartment in idaho. my boyfriend moved in with me but wasnt put on the lease.?
... i ended up trying to add him to the lease but the landlord denied it because he has a felony. and said hes not allowed to stay anymore night cause he already stayed two weeks this year.. can she give me an eviction notice if he stays the night again? i found out she just let another guy and his girlfriend move in and he has several felonies and is on parole. is this faair??????
you should talk to her about it and make her give you the same respect as she is giving this other couple ask her if she knows which she probably knows about felonies he has she would have to know if she did a background check on him if she didn't do one and its in her name that still isn't giving authorization for him to move in and she has to treat him like others you can call her on the carpet on it did he have issues with her of any typeany problems that you know of what kinda felonys does each have thats something else to the type of felonys that are in question
