I work 70 hours a week 7 days a week 10 hours a day but boss made me tell HMRC I work 4 hours a day being paid at £7.20 an hour but I'm really paid £3.50 per hour can this be a problem as I lied also he is avoiding paying too much tax for me and a few others I'm paid cash in hand but I get payslips saying I work 70 hours a month what can happen to me

It is more what can it happen to your employer. It is not so much about paying less tax, it is the fact that he pays you a salary less than the minimum hourly rate. Assuming your age>24 y.o. the minimum he should pay is 7.2 GBP/p.a. I am not an expert, however, under normal circumstances, the maximum allowed by law is 48 hours/p.w. So, he severely breaches the UK laws... I do not think HMRC will deal with you - by the end of the day you declare all your salary, so you will pay the tax accordingly (though not sure if the UK laws treats differently the part-time jobs). However, he is in breach of 2 legal provisions and if gets cought he will have some trouble...
