What has happen since you last posted your problem, were you ever paid for the portion of the day you worked?
Difficult to answer without knowing all the circumstances of that situation. You can go apologize and beg for your job back, but I would not do that-time for more self-respect instead.
It's really time for you to quickly find a better job. Work hard to KEEP that job when you get it. Then it's time for a back-up plan!
You need your own business! Time to step up to the plate baby! And we have an excellent one if you are interested!
Good Luck!
There are states that have employment law that state: (state) employers can fire (state) employees for anything except discrimination.
And there are employers that use it as a weapon to get employees to conform and comply!
The state employment service says that employees can file for unemployment insurance even if they were fired!
But! You have to prove that it was not your fault!
So! Your in the middle!!!!
He sent you home and never called you in that I don't think you can do much but he has to pay you for your work. It's illegal to not pay you for the hours you worked, you can definitely file a complain to the Ministry of Labour because its against the law that you didn't get paid.
Well what I would do is show him how much you WANT THAT JOB! I would dress up nice and go back at a time you would normally work and prepare a little cheer or chant like "LOVE THIS JOB! IT'S THE BEST! LOVE THIS JOB! I WILL KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK!" and just keep doing it over and over until your boss realizes you are a valuable part of the team. By the time you are done he will be begging for you to come back!
honestly you could ... from what i heard file several complaints against him and legally he HAS to pay you for the hours u worked .... if he doesnt then you can take him to court.... but if you dont want to do that whole charade then you can dress up nicely and walk up to his office and say... sir , i am here for my job.... dont take no for an answer and he will see your determination
Yeh i could do i supose thanks!
