My blackberry torch 9800 is connected to wifi but when I try going on browser it wont work?

when i try going on my browser the wifi wont work because it says network unavailable

Make sure your data connection is on even if the phone is not connected to a cell phone company it still needs to be turned so you can use the wifi

I think you should go to blackberry website for your quarries. If you  do not get proper solution then change it.
