Don't worry yourself too much. It sounds like a case of constipation. Constipation is basically a condition where emptying the bowels is a little more difficult than usual. It can also cause bloating, increasing stomach pains, discomfort, pains around the ribs, cramps, and hardened feces. It is very common in females. It sounds like your case is more severe, so I strongly advise you to start eating lots of fruits (specifically prunes and raisins), to drink lots of water (you should be drinking at least 3 cups a day), and to relax (stress may sometimes cause constipation). Also stay away from eating sugary beverages and foods (as these can make your condition worse) and do not drink any tea (tea helps relax your bowels not make them work). If your condition grows worse you can try laxatives, enema, or try consulting a doctor. NOTE* If you are feeling terrible pains in one part of your lower stomach area and you have not felt hungry because of it stay on high alert for it may be symptoms of Appendicitis please research this condition. If the symptoms match what you are feeling I HIGHLY suggest you to contact a doctor soon.
Okay thankyou! If my belly is sticking out does that just mean it's conctepation then?
