No, there is no problem whats so ever! It's completely normal for a baby to not be moving much about at this age. Average: 13 months they should be at least moving around. But if you are worrying about sitting up and crawling, give her time. All babies start when they are comfortable. If you are considering to get her doing more, try sitting with her, maybe sitting her up against a pillow but obviously giving her support. Crawling, i wouldn't worry about so much as they tend to do this when they are capable of sitting up on their own. Hope I was helpful enough!
No, it is not a problem. It will not be same among all the babies. On an average, babies will sit up on their own somewhere between 6 months to 13 months. Once the baby starts sitting it will soon be time to start crawling. Some babies will skip this crawling stage and move directly to standing with support. So, if your baby is not crawling then no need to worry.
