My arms and legs burn and scab after I take a shower/bath?

I thought maybe it was my faucets, but after they were replaced, I thought maybe it was the temperature. But when I take cold or room temperature showers/baths it still happens.

Really?  Go to a hospital.  Your water could be contaminated with something.  This could be extremely dangerous if not taken care of.  I know this sounds weird, but you may be allergic to water.  Only a few people in the world are, but still.

Get pH paper at the drug store and test your water. If it is not like 6.5 to 7.5, that is your problem.
