I recently adopted a seven-year-old Boston terrier from a shelter. He seems to have no health concerns But he keeps peeing and pooping in the house. When he pees in the house it's always in a certain part of the house. He doesn't seem to think it is wrong when I find out he had gone. When he poops he doesn't warn me he needs to go, he sneaks away and the darts back when he poops. He starts pouting when he's done. He is on a schedule and I usually stick to it. During the day he goes into the crate because if I'm not home he will do it again. I have cleaned the carpet with non marking cleaner, but it doesn't seem to help. How can I stop his behavior? Is it possible that he will stop?

well when doggies are abandoned they resort to measures that show they are unhappy peeing and pooping are well known attributes of this kind of behavior. He might stop but it also might take time you have to find something that works putting down pooh pads in the area that this is occurring at it should help
