It's ask me to use the recovery tools but i don't have the disc or any files of recovery tools. What should I do? Where can I have this recovery tools?
I'm using laptop acer m5-481ptg-53316g52mass with windows 8 install.

Unfortunately you do need to reinstall windows.
If you dont have a copy of the disk / download file you can contact Windows and see if they send you the licence code. If you can't remember when you got it originally, this may be tricky.
If for any reason you can't get it, unfortunately you'll have to pay for a new copy of Windows.
These types of errors happen more often if your computer is corrupted. Once your laptop is up and running, make sure you get a good anti-virus and anti-malware. I use Avast (as it's free) and Glary Utilities (also free)
