She is a Kelpie X Border Collie and has had dirrerah for the last 4 days. I took her to the Vet on the 2nd day, they gave her a needle and medicine for me to give her every 6 hours. It didn't improve so took her to the Vet again the next day. They gave her fluids and another needle along with Electrolytes to put in her water. I've cooked her some boiled chicken to eat, however she still hasn't improved. How long does dirrerah in puppies normally last? Should I take her to the Vet again???

does your puppy have any other symptoms? vomiting, loss of appetite, decrease in energy?
I think your vet should have done a Parvo test...its very common in puppies and has a high fatality rate.
I have a 7 month old pup that i got when she was 10 weeks. 2 days later i took her to the vet cuz she had diarrhea and wouldn't eat they did a Parvo test that came back positive.
Treatment was i had to bring her in everyday to get fluid and electrolyte treatments until she recoverd. It took 5 treatments and in the end she hadn't had anything to eat or drink for 7 days (i also had the option to admit her to the hospital until treatment concluded but that was to expensive for my budget). But after the 5th treatment she was good as new and has been healthy ever since.
I hope the poor little thing is ok. i recommend taking her back asap and asking for a Parvo test
