My 2005 nissan altima signal lights wont work inside my car, but outside the car they do work. Y?

Dashboard fuse has blown or the wiring to the dashboard has broken. Might be a cheap fix might not, a garage will tell you that.

I hear the ticking sound inside but I just don't see the light

bulb (led) or connection has gone kaput, should be a simple fix once you get behind the dash.
