I have always loved mustard as I grew up with mustard. Mustard is my favorite condiment and no, I DO NOT use mustard on fries. The only thing I really love ketchup on is Fish and Chips. I can't seem to enjoy them without ketchup.

Depends what I'm eating. A ham or beef sandwich is much better with a bit of mustard (but wouldn't be that nice with ketchup). A hot dog can have either (or both). But mustard on a burger? Eek! No thanks. Ketchup all the way.

With no disrespect, mustard on a burger with raw or cooked onions now that's a burger.

Heh! Now you've said it, that does sound pretty good. Beef, onions and mustard. I think I was imagining a cheeseburger (I pretty much always go cheeseburger) and cheese and mustard together seems icky.

Next time I make a burger, I'll try onion and mustard. Will probably go raw onion too. I love onions!

You know what? This has been making me hungry and I've been Googling burger recipes for tomorrow's meal and the very first recipe I came across had Dijon mustard in the burger mix. And it had cheese too.

Not sure I like it with ciabatta (prefer it the American way). But still, I'm looking forward to it now. I'm going for mustard inside the burger and on top of it too.
