I have been heavily getting into bands labeled as being Explicit Christian. Bands that use alot of Christian themes, but also use dark themes to make points showing how true the Christian points are. I have been listening to Helloween, Iron Maiden, Dio, Avantasia, Edguy, the older Avenged Sevenfold. That kinds of stuff. Can anyone please recommend more bands that I might not have heard of that do the same thing. When it comes to the bands I listed I especially like the songs Rime of The Ancient Mariner from Iron Maiden, Halloween from Helloween, Wicked Symphony from Avantasia, Theater of Salvation from Edguy.

Helloween, Iron Maiden and Dio are not christian bands, I have no idea where you got that thought from, they are certainly not explicitly christian and any christian themes they may have (because you could argue that some songs touch on christian issues) are not pro christian. The other bands you mention I couldn't as I'm not a big fan of them. However, if you go here --> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Christian_metal_artists
You will find many rock and metal artists who are overtly christian in their messages. A couple of hours with the names and youtube should let you find at least a couple you'll like.
Fair enough and going by what you've said then you can reasonably rely on most rock and metal bands to have christian elements in some of their songs, from my collection (thinking about it) you might check out Jethro Tull, Muse, Hawkwind, Ian Anderson, New Model Army, Queen, Carpark North, Iced Earth, Tom Petty... just a few and I'm fairly sure you know most of them. If not they are all well worth giving a spin.
Thanks for the extra comment. I am actually a huge fan of Jethro Tull and Hawkwind. Being a fan of Jethro Tull I am also obviously a fan of Ian Anderson. I recently picked up one of his solo albums, although it wasn't rock music. The one I found just flutes and very light orchestral and keyboards and sounded an awful like the kind of music that someone would listen to while doing yoga. But it was still awesome and interesting. I am not really a fan of Muse. I have heard of the band Iced Earth, but I havent heard any of their music. I will check them out after writing this comment. I have heard that they were kind of like Iron Maiden with their sound so I will most likely will love their music. I also love Queen, especially their old stuff. Tom Petty is cool. Southern Accents is my favorite album from him. Don't Come Around Here is my favorite songs from him. Not just my favorite song from him, but one of my top 5 favorites in general.

Enjoy the new stuff and always nice to hear from a fellow hawkwind/Tull fan :D
They are not over all Christian, but did have Christian members. Most times it was the Christian members who wrote the songs. Some members of Iron Maiden and Helloween are Catholic, and Dio was religious or semi-religious at points as well. I guess what I am really looking for in my question is for a list of bands that have Christian themes embedded in their music to the point where it sort of overshadows other elements, even if it isn't to the point where the bands themselves is Christian. Even if those bands are not wholly christian I do like the elements they put in their especially with songs like Rime of The Ancient Mariner and Halloween. I myself don't have much literal Christian music in my collection. I just have a couple from Skillet, Antestor, HB, Crimson Moonlight, and Frost Like Ashes.
