Is there a website/free software where you can make songs with mp3 files? Like you sequence something with notes then you put the mp3 and it makes the mp3 the song? Like googles piano roll in google experiments? Its hard to explain. Basically what I want is you make a sequence using notes (like online sequencer) then you import your mp3 file(s) and it adjusts the pitch, temp etc to make it into a song. Kinda like utau but with mp3's and not for voices just for random sounds.
