My husband and I are going to be moving down south. We both have family down there and we are trying to decide which place is the best option for our family. I am an Senior IT Project Manager and my husband is on Disability. My family lives in Spring Hill TN (close to Nashville) and my husbands family lives in North Little Rock AR. We need to decide which place to move and would appreciate anyone's advice who are familiar with one or both places.
