Hey guys so I'm 6 weeks pregnant and just started getting morning nausea it's hard in the week for me as I get up at 4:45am for work so trying to eat some breakfast and get ready for work I just feel so sick any ideas on what will help? Thanks

you should not skip breakfast as it is the best practice in order to fight morning sickness, consuming fluids and munching through out the day seems a bit odd but necessary for staying healthy, supportive things are also available if home remedies are not working, "no to morning sickness tea" is an herbal drink which I strongly recommend as it is the proven curative drink for morning sickness.
