I am catholic and i dont wanna seem like im betraying god but the prayer wheel for buddhist is like votive candles to catholics & it just seems like the prayer wheel catches my attention & im interested in purchasing one but i dont wanna go against what i believe in so i just wanna know if its okay for a catholic to spin a prayer wheel ?

Buddhism is taken to be a religion nowadays when it isn't, its a Philosophy of Life. You can thus follow that philsopy and still be a Catholic or any other religion. However some sects of Buddhism are more esoteric in their ideas and rituals, so there would be a conflict with those.
There is no god as such in Buddhism. Buddha is venerated as an enlightened human being and not a god as such. Their prayer wheel is to protect against evil spirits as such, to you Lucifer and his fallen Angels/demons. If your INTENTION is to use it as a means of praying to God because you find it helpfull, I don't see why He would object.
