I have 2 one dollar bills. The dollar bills have the exact same serial number except for the last digit. I was wonder if this was rare and if collecters value sets of money like this.

Every bank note printed will have a consecutive number, although in general they won't be rare but if they have numbers like 1111111 or 1234567 then they maybe of interest to collectors.
