To quote Winston Churchill, "Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm".
So are not mistake skills the same as success? The important thing is treat each "failure" as an opportunity to understand the problem, and of course not be fatal!
You can only succeed without mistakes if you are very, very lucky. Most successful people had more then one failure in their business before finding success. If you look at your mistake and honestly ask how it happened and how can you avoid similar mistakes next time, then they can be very valuable. Just, most important thing is to not give up!
