HELP! PARCELFORCE! my package arrived in the UK on Friday (9th) using INDIA POST/EMS checked on tracking 'RELEASED FROM COUSTOMS' on the (12th) and theres been no movement since. Apparently it's been in transit for 14 days now is that possible if it's sat at Coventry sorting office .if anyone can shed some light on the situation I would be very grateful :)
