I was thinking that mini blu-ray dvd drives would be an excellent idea for future PCs, allowing towers to be smaller. This means we would have to use mini DVDs but blu rays holds at least twice as much data as a traditional DVD. It would also require less power.
The Nintendo GameCube used small discs and had no problems playing high end games for its short time on the market.
I just wanted the opinions of other PC users with experience.
