Recently, I've been working on a Zelda adventure map (so far, only for personal uses) on Minecraft Pocket Edition. So far, I have made Link's house and the entrance to the first temple (Forest Dungeon). I'm using Survival Mode and I have it on peaceful mode while I'm working. I'm tired of having to run to my house, make more axes/shovels/pickaxes, and run back to where I'm working over and over again. Sooner or later, I might run out of stone materials (that I can spare) and I'll be forced to use wooden tools! Any tips on how to easily keep this limited material business thing going steady and smoothly?
If possible, whenever Pocket Edition has worldwide servers, I can have this server online once it's done :)

Your best choice is to just restart the map in creative, but if you don't want that here are some ways to steady your production.
- Keep a mine near you all times, that way if you need to you can just mine some of it out for stone.
- Chop down as many tree's as you can. That way when you are about to run out of wood, you can just go to your chest and get more.
- Set up a railroad. If you want to speed thing's up, set up a railroad path to your current building area.
Hope this helped you out a bit, C4.
If you download block launcher, you can download mods. Also download minecraft mods
This gives you two choices:
1. You can download too many items and use that (unobtainable items obtainable!)
2. Download single player commands and turn into creative and back after your done.
Hope this helps!
Thanks, C4.
- Basically, my mine is the dungeon I am currently working on; I get around 300+ pieces of cobblestone per dungeon.
- I have somewhat used this method. I always collect the seeds from the leaves of trees, then I plant them. I then turn off Peaceful Mode and I kill as many skeletons to make bone meal. The bone meal then instantly grows the tree seeds, so I don't have to wait.
- Being the 0.4.0 Alpha version of Minecraft Pocket Edition, it has a limited amount of things. Sadly, buckets, redstone paths, switches, levers, automatically spawned lava, caves, and, saddest of all, no railroads and carts :(
Thanks for the tips :)
