As I know, milk is good for the skin. But to make it whitening, I do not know cause I am still dark and I enjoy to be :))
MILK
Drink it! Milk has a lot of good stuff for your skin, plus it also helps your body, so then don't forget to drink it daily! If you do drink it daily, over time your skin will be better. However, some people have a dairy sensitivity that causes them to break out, so if you suspect that you have it, stick to just a serving or two of dairy per day.
Bathing Method 1
1 Close the bathtub's drain. It must be closed all the way, or else your little bath will sink.
2 Get 5 bottles of milk. Pour them all into the bathtub. Get more bottles if you need to. It must at least go up to your chest with the amount of milk.
3 Rest in the milk for 15-20 minutes. If you do this every day for a week, your skin will be better.
Bathing Method 2
1 Fill your bathtub half way with really hot water.
2 Pour three bottles of cold milk into your bathtub. It will cool down your really hot water.
3 Soak for 15-20 minutes.
The Cotton Ball Method
1 Dip a cotton ball in a dish of milk.
2 Rub it around parts of your face in circular motions.
3 Then wash it off.
Facial Toning Method
1 Apply milk to your face with a cotton ball
2 Leave on for at least 15 minutes
3 Rinse well
4 Apply a facial moisturizer
Mask Method
1- 1/4 cup of powdered milk drops of water until it makes a thick paste
2 Apply it to your face for about 15-20 minutes
3 Rinse very well

How to Use Milk for Your Skin
By Faith Lawless, eHow Contributor
The natural ingredients found in milk can help to exfoliate and soothe your skin, leaving it feeling soft and supple. Try it on your face, body or both. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1 Begin by placing 1 cup of cold organic milk in a bowl. If you have oily skin, use skim milk, but dry to combination skin can use whole milk. Place the bowl of milk in the bathroom, along with the cotton balls or cotton pads.
2 If you are wearing makeup, remove your makeup with the proper makeup remover. Make sure you have removed all traces of makeup from your skin before continuing with the milk treatment.
3 Dip 2 to 3 cotton balls or pads into the cold organic milk and squeeze out most of the excess. You will want to have the cotton moist but not dripping so your clothing won’t get drenched with milk.
4 Apply the milk to your entire face, just as you would a toner solution. Do not apply directly to your eyes. You can, however, sweep the cotton balls or pads around your orbital bone, which is where you normally would apply your eye cream.
5 Once you have applied the milk to your entire face, rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Make sure you rinse all of the milk from your face in order to prevent bacteria growth. After rinsing, you can pat dry and then continue with your regular beauty regimen of lotions, creams, and/or makeup.
Yes. Especially lemon and milk. Lemon contains vitamin C which is good for the skin. Milk is also good and it is used and applied directly on the skin through milk bathing. Drinking tea also improves the circulation of the blood which makes your skin glow and look healthy. One way to take care of your skin is through body wraps from bodyapplicatorwraps.com. It helps in skin detox and a good skin tightening and toning. Don't forget to neat healthy foods as well. Hope this helps!
