Midi-usb cable, not sure if it works right. It connects to MainStage, I can´t get sound from Piano?

bought a midi-usb cable, but i am not sure if it works right. It connects to Main Stage but i can&acute;t get any sound from the Electric Piano?

try a midi-usb that is tested that works then try it on if it works then there is a problem with the cable or try and check if it is connected right in case your cable is not working anymore try site
