I am using Windows 7, While booting I get error dialog box just before login screen.
Box says: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library, Runtime error!
Program: C:\windows\system32\nvvsvc.exe"
This app has requested the rumtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the app support team for more information.
When I click “ok” the screen goes blank just the cursor is there. plz help me.
Sounds like your graphics card drivers are a bit dodgy. If your graphics drivers don't work, Windows won't be able to display things properly. To fix it, start Windows in Safe Mode:

The reinstall your graphics drivers. If you don't have them, download them (you may need to start in "safe mode with networking"). Alternatively, if the computer used to work, you can do a system restore to the point before it broke:
