... period (I'm due next week) and I'm currently at the end of my second packet, I've noticed I've gained like 4lb, and I've tried to shift it (eating less and healthy and exercising (going to the gym) burning at least 400 - 800 cals at a time) now I'm wondering just out of curiosity as its not going anywhere could some of that 4lb be water weight? (I'm kind of praying on it too haha) or period weight gain and might disappear after my period
