I'm fourteen years old. I've had my period for around two or three years now. I stopped taking my birth control for around two months. Every now and then i'll have months where I cramp before my period so i'm familiar with cramping. I got my period yesterday and for the past day i've been having cramps nonstop in my lower area. Not so much in my stomach. Recently within the last two hours my ribs and back have also been cramping as well. I have been feeling very nauseous when I try eating sweets mostly. In the morning around 10 or 11AM I puked just a little bit and I felt a little better. What's really bothering me is the flow of my period. My periods are usually somewhat light and last around four days. I never really need to change a tampon more then once or twice a day but today I actually went through five super plus tampons. This is really worrying me because the bleeding is just not stopping at all. I'm a little bit scared because this has never happened to me or anybody that I know of. I asked my dads girlfriend who's a nurse and she said it was normal but I've been hearing words of concern at the same time and I just need this straightened out.

It could be whether change maybe sometimes that happens are you sexually active when you have a built of lining in your uterus It could be you had maybe access of lining there you may have a viral infection and some of us could have more blood flow than others might stress can also do this I would consider going to the Dr if it doesn't straighten out.
