Response posted by KBDB 3+ months ago: Losing weight (body fat) does not require a product but eating less often (fasting) so the body can "use up" the stored body fat. If you are concerned with muscle loss, eating more animal based protein will help- eggs, fish, meat. It is most bioavailable for human bodies.
