jjbmeisner's response: Get in sit-up position, ankles locked somehow, get a 10lb disc from aweight set, lay flat with weight under your head. Then do 25 half sit-ups as fast as possible. Repeat when you can, and WARM UP, this can pull a lower ab. Stay on diet. Drink water!
