ckingu's answer: The word is Executor. If one of them disagrees, there is nothing you can do, until both Executor do agree.However if yo want to you can challenge the decision through a court of law, but it will be costly.

ckingu's response: From what you are saying(and I'm not sure) I would suggest you enquire from a sports Mentor or personal trainer.Also you don't say how old you are.The physical requirements you state, means you will have to be super fit.
