Milander's answer: Put a weight on the plastic mat to hold it down, drill through both and screw in place. Free weights are good for the job if you've got them sitting around.

Milander's response: In UK "miss" is used with children/young teen girls, you're an adult so "madam" or "mam" is appropriate. Only americans use "miss" to refer to young adults.
