If someone was to take 29,500 mg of Metformim, 8,250 mg of Methocarbamol, 400 mg of cyclobenzaprine will they die?

I hope you're not looking to kill yourself or someone else with this information. I can't think of why else you would ask this question. Life is full of choices. A choice to live, a choice to change, a choice to not change, a choice to die. One choice can make it so you have no other choices. There is no shame in wanting and seeking happiness.
However, to most directly answer your question, it's possible that after taking all of that, someone could cause end stage liver or kidney disease both of which can take months to years to die from. Metformin causes hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis which can be deadly if untreated but both are reversible with aggressive treatment to save the life although prolonged hypoglycemia can cause brain damage, even if it doesn't kill.
