I am a guy who is pretty healthy and havent had any reason to have these problems. I dont expereince pain when i use the restroom but lately when i go i have a lot of blood. now first i though oh maybe i ate something bad or pushed to hard but that has happened multiple times and the blood today was if i was really injured but i feel little pain and when i do its in the restroom. i want to get this checked out but its uncomfortable and im afraid of it being serious because my grandma died from rectal cancer and apperanlty that caused a lot of blood. sorry if this question is gross its just i feel weird and i dont know how to handle it

Fresh light coloured blood in stool with pain is probably caused by hemorrhoids. Rectal cancer would produce stools with dark blood, and other symptoms such as gas/bloating, abdominal pains, fatigue and weight loss. But do get that checked out asap. Rather safe than sorry.
Nothing to be embarrassed about, it's prevalent amongst office folk.
If it's bright red, then probably an injury nigh the rectum rather than abdomen (which is cause for alarm). A doctor would likely prescribe some ointment, like proctoglyvenol, which hastens the haemerrhoids' fading yet lacks preventative qualities.
For that, you really need to get up for a walk on a regular basis (important for the eyes as well), could switch to washing over toilet paper, learn some core / pelvis strengthening asanas, adopt the squatting posture, get a kneeling chair (not really sure it's helpful, but it does make you aware of tendency to lean forward; plus it's kinda uncomfortable for long consecutive periods).
