Meaning of entrepreneurship?

This is a person who designs and creates their own business from scratch, using their own ideas and initiatve. They risk their own money and/or funding from others to open a unique business which fulfills a need in their community. This business will be run almost exclusively by this person who opened the business and they will be in charge of all aspects within the business.
