... ago twice. she started her period at the beginning of the month but then she started it again at the end of the month. do u know what that could mean. her back has been hurting and feeling like she has to throw up but i dont know if she could be pregnant and just have her period or if it could be from being on it

Is it normal to have a time of month twice in a month. its probably nothing but ill tell her she might want to go see one to get checked out just incase.

Well, she could be spotting (when blood comes out, but not actually a period), which could mean she's pregnant, but it's best to go to a doctor to make sure everything's alright.
