we want to rent rather than buy and getting turned off by the student flats bcos we would like something a little more permanent

well is a flat a apt thats what i would look into plus you have to make sure everybody passes a background check and any other checks that come up some are very expensive so you would have to make sure everybody could afford to pay for such apt complexes as well here students pay ahead 3 months but that doesn't mean you can't do the same then the fees and deposits i would see if their are some apt dated flats you could live live longer then a little bit
