if I want to buy a TV that is $50 dollars , and I borrowed $25 dollar from my mother and $25 dollars from my dad to buy the TV. I then owe $50 dollars, when I get to the store the TV is on special for $45 dollars. Coming out of the store I lend $3 dollars to my friends and left with $2 dollars, I then give my mother 1 dollar and my dad 1 dollar , so know I owe the $24 each, and 24 +24 =48, plus the 3 I lend my friend is 51. but I only borrowed 50. how do I have 51?
Math problem?

how can this be? I only borrow 50 , and I spend 45 ( 50 - 45 = 5 )
out of the 5 I lend 3 ( 5 - 3 = 2 ) I give back 2 to the person i borrow 50 from ( 50 - 2 = 48 ) plus the 3 i lend is 51 ( 48+3 =51 )

You borrow $50. You pay $45 at the tv shop. You have $5 left. From that you give $2 to your parents and $3 to your friend. Then you give your parents each $22.50 (because that is half of $45, because the $3 your friend still has). So $45 plus $3 plus $2= $50.
I don't understand your calculation.
( 50 - 2 = 48 ) MINUS the 3 i lend is $45 ( 48-3 =45 ). $45 +$5= $50
