Lunette menstral cup leaking?

Details:

I have been using a lunette menstral cup for the past three days.the first day was fine no leaking.but now it's always leaking.i don't know what I'm doing wrong.i don't know if it matters what fold you use but I use the punch down fold because it's small.i know that its suctioning its self.please help me!

It might matter what fold your using can you use a bigger cup size try a different fold see if it helps or not

i will try a different fold.yes, I have tried a bigger cup but I was way to big for me.thank you for replying

I tried a new fold and it reduced the leaking.i will probably Learn with time,I appreciate the help very much!:)
