I have a Nokia Lumia 635 phone and a laptop with Windows 8.1. I used to be able to plug my phone into my laptop and transfer data. Now it only charges. I can't put anything onto or take anything off of my phone anymore. I didn't (intentionally) do anything to make this happen; it just started happening one day. Help?
